Bank Statement Imports
Import your statement directly into BluuBin, no more manual typing.
Definition: BluuBin allows you to import almost any kind of CSV (Comma Separated Values) or PDF bank statement file. All the major banks in South-Africa are supported. Simply download your bank statement from you internet banking profile and upload it into BluuBin.
Benefit: No more time is wasted on capturing lengthy bank statements. Typing errors are eliminated, because all figures are taken directly from your bank account. While uploading you bank statement BluuBin automatically reconciles it, so you do not have to worry about double transactions or transactions being left out.

Automatic Allocation Rules
BluuBin can automatically allocate items from your bank statements to general ledger accounts.
Definition: You can specify keywords in the setup of automatic allocation rules which are linked to a general ledger account, customer or supplier. As you upload bank statements BluuBin recognises these keywords and automatically allocates the transaction(s) to the various ledgers. Automatic allocation rules can also be applied to petty cash items.
Benefit: The accuracy of allocations are improved and you save massive amounts of time by having BluuBin doing your allocations. Automation of transaction allocations significantly improves real time reporting, keeping you up to date and informed, daily.

Automated Bank Reconciliations
Automatic bank reconciliation with every statement import ensures data integrity.
Definition: Open – and closing balances are taken into account automatically when bank statements are uploaded

Send your documents via email directly from BluuBin. You can even send a SMS notification to a customer containing the invoice number and total amount. E-mails and SMS’s can be send simultaneously containing the relevant information and attachments of your customers and suppliers.

Recurring Invoices

BluuBin is operating system independent, because it makes use of a web-browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox. If you are an Apple or Linux user please make use of one of the cross-platform web-browsers like Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome to access BluuBin.
Benefit: You don’t have change any of your current operating systems to take on BluuBin. The same BluuBin profile can be accessed from different operating systems simultaneously.
