    Definition: You can specify keywords in the setup of automatic allocation rules which are linked to a general ledger account, customer or supplier. As you upload bank statements BluuBin recognises these keywords and automatically allocates the transaction(s) to the various ledgers. Automatic allocation rules can also be applied to petty cash items.
